Sessions use the Rapid Rewire Method — a neuroscience-based process that accesses and resolves emotional patterns at the subconscious level. Here's what that looks like in practice:

We locate what's running

We identify the specific emotional charge. Not just the story around it, but where it actually lives in your body and nervous system.

We work at the source

You don't retell the experience or dissect it at length. The process works directly with your subconscious to help complete what it's been trying to complete on its own, dissolving the emotional charge rather than managing it.

Integrate the shift

Once the charge is resolved, the old pattern stops running on its own, the work itself is done. What's left is yours: recognising the reaction no longer fires, and not rebuilding it out of habit. That recognition is what turns a single session into a lasting change.

  • Therapy tends to focus on understanding and processing experience over time. This work focuses on resolving the emotional charge at the source  directly, and faster. You're not revisiting what happened at length. This approach is more directive than therapy, guiding you through a proven step-by-step neuroscience-based framework designed to quickly access and clear the root cause.

    For clinical mental health concerns, a registered therapist is the appropriate first contact.

  • Most clients experience a meaningful shift in their very first session. Sometimes it feels dramatic, but often it’s more subtle, a quiet release, a lightness, a calm that wasn’t there before. Subtle doesn’t mean small. These shifts are powerful because they happen at the root, where patterns begin.

    The processes are designed to create fast, lasting breakthroughs, releasing stress, fear, or blocks in minutes, instead of months. Because they work at the root of the issue, the results aren’t just immediate; they’re deeply sustainable, allowing you to move forward without old patterns returning. While every journey is unique, most people feel relief and transformation right away..

  • It depends on the process. For most of the work, you don't need to recount specific details of an event. What matters far more is that you feel safe enough not to filter, and simply share whatever comes up as it surfaces.

    If we’re integrating an intense experience, we may have you walk through a particular moment in more detail.

    Regardless, you're never pushed past what feels safe, and you stay in control of what you share throughout.

  • A good rule of thumb: start with 3 if you're working on one specific pattern, block, or recurring reaction, a repeating experience you can name.

    Choose 5 if it's been with you a long time, if there are several threads tangled together, or if you're integrating a particularly intense experience that needs more room to move through safely.

    When in doubt, three is a sound place to begin, the work compounds, and we can always add sessions if something deeper opens up.

    Of course, if you'd rather talk it through first, book a free call and we'll figure out the right fit together.

  • You're not locked into anything. Once we've completed your initial sessions, you can continue however suits you.

    Book another package if there's more you want to dig into, or single sessions ($180 each) when you'd like one or two more to round out the work, or an occasional tune-up as something new surfaces down the road.

    The package is simply the foundation; after that, you set the pace.
