Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all services, programs, products, and materials ("Services") purchased or accessed through A Curious Catalyst, operated by Mudita Inc., a corporation registered and operating under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

By purchasing or engaging with any Services offered through A Curious Catalyst, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchasing a Service unless otherwise indicated or arranged through a specific payment plan or discount code. If a payment plan is agreed upon, you commit to fulfilling all payments in full according to the agreed-upon schedule.

Discount codes and special pricing arrangements must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively adjusted or refunded.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and coaching-based nature of our Services, refunds are not typically provided. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing before the commencement of the Service or program purchased. Once a Service or program has commenced, refunds are no longer available. All refund requests will be assessed individually and solely at the discretion of Mudita Inc. and A Curious Catalyst.

4. Personal Responsibility and Disclaimer

You acknowledge that any coaching, educational programs, or materials provided by A Curious Catalyst do not constitute psychological counseling, therapy, medical advice, or a replacement for any of these professional services.

You take full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and outcomes related to the Services provided. Neither Mudita Inc. nor A Curious Catalyst assumes any responsibility for any mental, physical, or emotional injuries or damages incurred by you in relation to the Services provided.

5. Participant Responsibility:
You as a participant in any Service or program purchased acknowledge and agree that the effectiveness of the program depends significantly on your active participation, openness to feedback, and consistent application of provided tools and techniques.

6. Conduct and Etiquette:
You agree to interact respectfully, constructively, and inclusively. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others may result in removal from the Service or program without refund.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared within sessions, group discussions, or communications remains confidential. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants, if applicable, and not share their personal or sensitive information without explicit permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, exercises, resources, methods, and techniques provided are the intellectual property of Mudita Inc. and A Curious Catalyst and are protected by copyright law.

You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit this intellectual property without express written consent from Mudita Inc..

9. Limitation of Liability

Mudita Inc. and A Curious Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Services provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Amendments and Updates

Mudita Inc. and A Curious Catalyst reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted clearly on our website and communicated to active clients via email.

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any Services provided by A Curious Catalyst and Mudita Inc., you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
