CLEAR TO CREATE / A PRIVATE FIVE-WEEK PROGRAM
How Many More Months Will You Carry This Project Without Moving It?
For writers who are capable everywhere else, but frozen around one meaningful project.
Work with the pattern beneath the freeze so you can return to the document with less tension, clearer next steps, and the ability to create new work again.
Founding-client enrollment: $597
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Everything Else in Your Life Still Works
You answer emails. You meet deadlines. You manage work, relationships, appointments, and the ordinary demands of daily life.
Then you sit down with this project and lose access to the capable version of yourself.
You reread the same paragraph. You edit something that was already fine. You feel foggy, restless, tired, or suddenly compelled to do almost anything else.
You know you CAN write. The problem is something else.
YOU TRIED THE OBVIOUS FIXES
If pressure worked, you would be writing by now.
A stricter writing schedule
Accountability & Writing sprints
Productivity apps & smaller goals
Journalling
Therapy
Taking a break
Forcing yourself to stay at the desk
You may already understand the block intellectually. Understanding has not changed what happens when you open the document.
WHAT IF THE FREEZE MAKES SENSE?
A creative block can function as protection.
Part of you may be responding to exposure, judgement, disappointment, failure, visibility, identity change, or something you have not yet named.
You do not need to arrive with the answer. We begin with what happens when you approach the project, then follow the pattern underneath it.
The goal is practical: the document feels easier to open, the emotional charge settles, the next decision becomes clearer, and new work becomes possible.
A REAL PATTERN OF CHANGE
Movement can begin faster than you expect.
One writer had not touched their novel in a year. After the first two sessions, they returned to the manuscript. That weekend, they wrote 1,000 words.
In the days that followed, movement appeared in places they had not expected. Other stalled projects moved. Decisions became easier. New opportunities appeared.
This is one client's experience, shared with permission. Results vary by person and by pattern.
"When I first reached out to Jara, I was feeling completely stuck. After just my first session, I began to develop a much healthier relationship with fear and with my business."

More voices from Jara's work
People trust her with work that is hard to explain.
The method may be unfamiliar. The pattern across Jara's clients is easier to understand: they feel safe enough to do honest work, then notice change in daily life.

THE PROCESS FROM THE INSIDE
What Happens in Clear to Create
1
Before We Begin
A brief onboarding questionnaire gives us a clear picture of the project, the freeze, what you have tried, and how it shows up in your thoughts, behaviour, and body.
4
The Final Session
We address what remains, look at how the shift is showing up, and support your next steps with the project.
2
The First Three Sessions
Completed within the first two weeks. We move from what is active around the project now toward what is underneath the response.
5
Optional Follow-Up
One month later, return for a 30-minute call to review how the work has settled and address anything new.
3
Independent Practice
You receive a recorded process to use between sessions as you return to the project and notice what changes.
+
Between-Session Support
Email or text support, recordings, transcripts, and the independent practice are included.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF TOOL
For the point where you know what to do and still cannot do it.
Therapy can create insight, support, and healing. Journalling can help you reflect. Writing coaching can improve craft, structure, habits, and accountability.
Clear to Create focuses on the emotional and subconscious pattern that remains active beneath conscious understanding.
You remain present, aware, and in control throughout. The sessions are structured, calm, and connected to your real experience.
Clear to Create is not therapy and does not replace clinical mental-health care.

You want a guaranteed word count
You expect someone else to create the result for you
You do not have a defined project or past creative work
You are mainly looking for productivity advice
You are unwilling to explore what sits beneath the freeze
You need clinical mental-health treatment
WHO YOU ARE WORKING WITH
Jara Dekker
Certified Rapid Rewire Method Practitioner · Co-Founder, Logos Personality Assessment
Jara knows what it is to look capable from the outside while something important inside has stopped moving.
At 20, she got married. At 21, she bought her first business. By 27, both were gone.
The loss forced her to confront how much of her identity had been built around performance, responsibility, and becoming the person she thought she was supposed to be.
That unraveling became the point where she stopped trying to perform her way back to safety and began understanding the patterns underneath it.
She has used this work on herself more than once since, including when clearing the path toward the practice she runs today. She has worked with clients across the world, led retreats, and helped build assessment tools that connect emotional insight with real-life change.
She works best with people who have already done a great deal of thinking and are tired of insight that does not change what happens next.
“I really felt a change, faster than all those previous months of therapy. ”
THE COST OF WAITING
This project is not sitting patiently in a folder.
It follows you around. You think about returning to it, promise yourself you will try again, then meet the same tension when you sit down.
Another few months can cost more than unfinished pages. It can weaken your trust in yourself, make the project heavier, and turn something you once cared about into a source of shame or dread.
You do not have to let another season pass before addressing the pattern directly.
FOUNDING CLIENT ENROLLMENT
Clear to Create
$597
The complete five-week experience: four private sessions, between-session support, recordings, transcripts, an independent practice, a closing reflection, and an optional follow-up call.
The value is not in accumulating four more conversations about why you are stuck. The value is in making the project reachable again.

If you want to nerd out a little more on exactly the tools I use during our sessions you can find more information here: How It Works.
-
Therapy tends to focus on understanding and processing experience over time. This work focuses on resolving the emotional charge at the source directly. You're not revisiting what happened at length: the process is more directive, working with the root pattern itself rather than talking around it.
For clinical mental health concerns, a registered therapist is the appropriate first contact.
-
It varies by person and by pattern. Some feel a shift as early as the first session, sometimes dramatic, often more subtle: a lightness, a sense of calm that wasn't there before. For the right client, meaningful movement can happen within the first two sessions. The full five-week container exists because change that happens fast still needs space to settle and hold.
-
The process may touch earlier experiences when they are relevant. You do not need to spend hours retelling or reliving them. We work with what appears in the present.
-
Yes. The program is designed for video sessions. You remain present, engaged, and able to communicate throughout.
-
When nothing has shifted by session three, we discuss what is happening, why it is happening and agree on the best way forward together.
-
No practitioner can promise a specific creative outcome by a specific date. The purpose of the program is to create movement around the block so you can regain access to the work and move forward.
-
You're not locked into anything. Once your five weeks are complete, you can continue however suits you.
Most people move into a session package, built around whatever you want or need next. No onboarding, since we already know each other by then. Others prefer single sessions as new things surface down the road.
Clear to Create is the foundation. What comes after gets built around wherever you are by the end of it.
Ready To Begin?
If something here landed, you have two ways forward.
Enroll now and book your first session right away, you'll get everything you need to prepare before we start.
Or, if you'd rather talk it through first, book a free call. It's not a sales pitch: we'll talk about what you're navigating, and I'll tell you honestly whether this is the right fit. If it's not, I might know someone with a modality that is.
The work only asks one thing to begin: that you're ready to feel something in order to move through it.
