Program Details:
Duration: 5 weeks – We’ll get straight into it in order to create meaningful change without overwhelming your schedule.
Format: Interactive group sessions that foster community and shared growth, combined with hands-on exercises and time for personal questions each session to address your personal experiences.
Sessions: Weekly 60-minute live sessions (+ 30 minutes for those who want to stay on and ask questions specific to their personal experiences) designed for engaging, practical learning and immediate application in your daily life.
Topics: We’ll dive into the neuroscience of emotion: Why it’s crucial to feel, not suppress, while helping you understand the patterns that drive your emotional responses. You’ll also be guided through powerful processes to clear internal blocks and shift the beliefs that quietly hold you back.
Additional Support: 30 minute live Q&A after each session. Practical take-home exercises that reinforce session learnings, and easy-to-use resilience tools that build your confidence and ensure lasting results.
